Community Groups
At Providence Church in West Hills, our Community Groups are the heart of how we live out our faith together in everyday life across the San Fernando Valley. In homes, cafés, and online, we gather every other week to study the Bible, share meals, pray, and support one another. Whether you live in West Hills, Woodland Hills, Encino, Porter Ranch, Calabasas, or Thousand Oaks, there’s a group for you to belong, connect, and grow.
Why Community Groups?
We believe discipleship happens in community. Community Groups offer a space for meaningful friendships, honest conversation, shared meals, and spiritual encouragement. As we study Scripture together, listen, ask questions, and pray, we grow deeper in our love for Christ and our love for one another.
Community Groups are also a place where we carry each other through joy, sorrow, everyday life decisions, parenting challenges, school pressures, and everything in between. We don’t do life alone—we do it as family.

Community Groups
Getting started is simple. Fill out this form and we’ll help you find a group near you. Just let us know your preferred location, life stage, and availability, and one of our leaders will follow up with more details. Everyone is welcome—whether you’ve been part of church community before or are exploring it for the first time.
Book Club
We also have a book club that meets via Zoom each Monday from 8:30 pm until 10:00 pm. We enjoy a wide variety of reading, from non-fiction and essays to literary fiction. The pace is moderate, and the conversation casual. Anyone is welcome to join us as we begin a new book. Feel free to reach out to John with any questions: johnphillipperry@gmail.com
