Youth Ministry

4:12

At Providence Church in West Hills, our Youth Ministry, 4:12, invites 4th to 8th grade students from across the San Fernando Valley to connect and grow through the gospel. Every gathering includes time for friendship, fun, Scripture, and honest conversation about real life. It’s a place to connect in community with peers, with adults who truly care, and with the God who loves us.

Named from 1 Timothy 4:12

Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

What To Expect

Students experience community, fun, and biblical teaching in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We start together with games and connection time, followed by teaching and small-group discussion led by caring leaders who walk alongside students in faith and everyday life.

When & Where We Meet

We meet at Calvary Church one Friday evening each month.

9th-12th Graders

Though we don’t have regular meetings, we offer discipleship, leadership opportunities and friendship. We look forward to starting larger group ministries focused on high school students in the future.

Our Heart for Students

We believe every student is uniquely created and deeply loved by God. Our desire is to help students build a strong foundation in Christ, discover their identity and purpose, and grow in relationships that encourage them to live out their faith in school, at home, and in their community. Our hope is that students leave encouraged, strengthened, and equipped to follow Jesus wherever He leads.

Safety & Leadership

The safety and care of our students is a priority. All youth volunteers are background-checked and trained, and students are supervised throughout all gatherings and events. Parents are always welcome to reach out with questions about safety, volunteer roles, or ministry structure.
